Potato Pea Cheese
1 potato (cut into cubes) 1/2 kg
2 tomatoes (in paste form) 1/2 kg
3 peas (peeled) 1/2 kg
4 dried coriander powder 1 teaspoon
5 1/2 teaspoons of salt
6 onions (cut) 3 pieces
7 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons
8 cottage cheese 10 pieces (cut into cubes and fry in oil)
9 boiled eggs 2 pieces (for garnish)
10 ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
11 hot spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Heat oil, fry the onion, and brown it.
2. Then add dry coriander powder, salt, ginger, and garlic paste and cook.
3. Sprinkle tablespoons of water in it while stirring.
4. Now add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Now add potatoes and peas and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Add the fried cottage cheese and take it off.
6. When you start, chop the boiled eggs and garnish.
